Applying to Youth Turn
Good that you are here. This is the first step, and it may be a small one. Fill in what you know right now. This first message does not have to be complete or perfect. You will receive our application form straight away. After that we think along with you and decide together what a good next step is. We do that even when you do not have a referral yet. And especially when your situation is complex or stuck.
Takes about 2 minutes · you are not committing to anything · not sure whether it is "bad enough"? Doubting is reason enough to get in touch.
Who can apply?
Are you a parent or carer? You can already register your child here. This is a pre-registration: to fund youth support, a referral is needed in the end. Youth support through the municipality costs you nothing. Do you not have that referral yet? Feel free to call us and we will think along about the route that fits you. If you pay for the support yourself or you have a pgb (personal care budget), it can also be done without a referral.
Are you looking for help for yourself, as a young person or an adult? You can fill in this form yourself too. Rather call first? 071 - 234 01 32. What you tell us stays between us, with one exception that we explain honestly: if there is danger for you or for someone else, we always speak up, and never behind your back. Are you younger than 18? Then we first discuss with you whether and how your parents are needed. From the age of 16 you decide about that yourself.
Are you worried about an adult who is close to you? Your partner, your father or your mother, for example. You can fill in this form too. Under "Who is the application for?", choose Someone else. We always start support together with the person it is about. Would you like to talk it over first? Feel free to call us.
Are you a referring professional? Choose I am a referrer in the form. You will then see fields for organisation, role, municipality and type of referral. You do not send client details and documents through the form, but securely via Zivver, our secure email system, to aanmelden@youthturn.nl. You can read what a complete application includes in the checklist for referrers; more about what we offer on the page for referrers.
